Jewelry by the Whitman Fox

Recently I had the pleasure of photographing jewelry by The Whitman Fox, a free-spirited artist who fashions treasures from metal, stones, leather, bone, and sometimes even another man's trash.  She takes her business name from fox bones discovered on a grassy knoll near Walt Whitmans grave that were later incorporated into her work.

PreCollege Photo I Student Work - Spring 2015

Another semester of fun-filled photography explorations has come and gone. With this PreCollege cohort, our study of "the essentials" in digital photography yielded creative results with some interesting reoccurring themes: childhood memory, dream, nature, and winter thawing into spring.
